Refund policy

We will happily refund any orders you would like to cancel provided they haven't shipped or been picked up before the refund is requested.

Rufunds will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This is due to the fees we incur to process your transactions.  

We can also cancel your order at no charge and give you a store credit with no fees. 

We are sorry to implement this policy but as a very small business and the number of cancellations/refunds we have been asked for by people ordering and changing minds is high.
